Order Modification/Cancellation Policy
DIAPERWALE reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason including under any unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. Before cancelling any order, we will contact/ notify you.
Orders that are to be delivered the same day are processed immediately and usually cannot be modified/cancelled.. However, in case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91 8838722893 / +91 9789003241 (7:00 AM to 1:00 AM, 7 days a week). If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.
In other cases of order modification/cancellation, you shall give at least 24 (twenty four) hours’ advance notice.

In case of limitations of quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information or any other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the price applicable and displayed for the product or service on our Website at the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you selected, if any, or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes (other than taxes based on DIAPERWALE’s income), fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services not withheld by DIAPERWALE.
All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments required to be made by the customer which shall be equivalent to the higher of:
a) 1.5% (one point five percent) per month on the unpaid balance; or
b) the highest rate prescribed under the applicable law.
You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
“Convenience Charge” may be levied by DIAPERWALE for facilitation of choosing a product/s and book the delivery, anywhere in India, without visiting our physical store. This covers DIAPERWALE’s Internet and system handling costs.
Such Convenience Charges are correlated to the order value.
TIMELINE FOR DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT:
We try our best to deliver the product at the earliest. Generally the diapers and other products of our website could be delivered within a day from the time of the booking.
REFUND POLICY:
GENERAL:

- We are committed to providing Our customers with the highest quality Products. However, on rare occasions, Productsmay be found to be faulty or deficient. In such cases, We offer return and refund facilities in accordance with this Refund Policy “Policy.

- By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, You are advised not to transact on this website.
- We offer a 5 days refund Policy for the eligible Products.
DEFINATIONS:
“Business Days”: means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or in the state in Tamilnadu.
“Date of Transaction”: means the date of purchase of any product.
REFUND RULES:
- Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a Products.If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by You is refunded.
- We will not process a return if You have placed the order for the wrong product model, colour, or incorrect product or service.
- Return or refund shall only be considered once the Customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.
- Please be informed that the products purchased using the Cash on Delivery option will be refunded to the Bank account with the details provided by you to Us.
- Replacement can be made if the Customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within “1” hour of receipt of the product.
- We will organize to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided that You contact us within 1 hour of receipt of the product.
- Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which You received with the damaged product.
- If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact Your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.

REFUND RESPONSE TIME:
· Refunds are normally processed within 2 Business Days after the completion of quality checks and the veracity of the refund request of the product returned.
EXEMPTIONS:
- if the product has been used or opened
- the products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- the product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.
